St. George's Young Youth Fellowship (YYCF)

BREAKING NEWS
Our next meeting is Sunday, Feb. 19th from 3:00-5:00 (note the time change). We will have our "Lock-in"/Movie Day. Dress comfy and feel free to bring a sleeping bag and pillows!

Face Painting St. George's YYCF is our fellowship group for youth in grades 4-6. It provides youth an opportunity to deepen their faith relationships and to have fun.

YYCF usually meets twice a month on Sundays from 3:00-4:30pm, although times can vary. The Young Youth participate in devotions, programs, outreach activities and fun outings.

Missions Supported

The YYCF supports a variety of missions. In addition to the ones listed below, we also work on behalf of our church. We are an active, caring group!


Leland House

Leland House, a local outreach of United Methodist Family Services (UMFS), provides short-term care and housing for youth 12-17 years old that are in a behavioral or emotional crisis and unable to remain in their family home or current setting. Individual, group and family therapy are provided along with educational and recreational opportunities and clinical case management in a structured therapeutic setting with daily 24-hour on-site staff supervision.

FACETS

FACETS stands for "Fairfax Area Christian Emergency and Transitional Services. FACETS offers a variety of services including:
